The Enchanted Grasslands' Prince

I grew up on the plains of the United States. It's a magical place, so vast and open. This series, Enchanted Grasslands, is comprised of all of my favorite prairie animals.

The Enchanted Grasslands' Prince has emerged from his tadpole home of the prairie wetlands and metamorphosed into an adult Wyoming Toad. The Wyoming Toad, also known as the Baxter's Toad, is extinct in the wild but is slowly being reintroduced through careful breeding in captivity. Our little prince is accompanied by cattails and a damselfly.
