This feeder/birdhouse was wheel thrown, hand carved to resemble wood and finished with a copper glaze which contrasts beautifully with the dark chocolate clay. It was fired twice in my 2000F+ kiln. It's beautiful, to be sure, but functional, too! The dogwood perch was harvested by my puppy, Gus, the heavy duty jute rope adds extra charm.
